[KERNEL] Import of linux-imx-headers recipe for kernel 5.10

This recipe has been imported from the old version of meta-freescale layer. We missed this recipe with the recent update of that layer. So, with this patch, we integrate the missed recipe directly into our seco-imx layer. The bbappend file (present also before) stills to be present in order to not modify the original bb file.

[TOOL][TESTING] Set architecture-specific tool to use

The seco-edgehog-embedded packages have a set of variables containing list of specific packages, depending to used architecture. An example is the variable that contains the packages that a specific architecture has to test hw acceleration. These variables have to be set in architecture-specific layer.

[CONF][BBLAYERS] Add meta-freescale-distro into bblayer list

Add this layer as default layer to use together the others, when a IMX-based board is used. In this way we are able to use additional packages that are going to be added at the time into images of seco-edgehog-embedded layer.
