[CICD] Integrate 'gitlab-ci.yml' and add '.gitlab-ci' submodule

  • This commit allows to enable CI/CD automation steps for this branch. In turn they allow to automatically integrate 'SysData' modifications inside dedicated SRCREV.conf file in 'meta-seco-clea-os' repository.
  • The CI/CD continue to perform GitLab Pages documentation provisioning in the same way as before.
  • Minor fixes in .gitlab-ci.yml indentation.
