[PACKAGEGROUPS] Remove override in packages
Using ":" makes everything override the default package if machine has specific MACHINE_FEATURE. Doesn't work if MACHINE has multiple entries. Fixing accordingly assuming from "PACKAGES". Using "bb.contains" to add packages if MACHINE supports that feature.
