Integrate meta-seco-imx/migration

[GIT] Change URL and protocol for Seco internal repository access

The BSP components have been moved inside the edgehog group, so the new base URL used is:

    git://git.seco.com/edgehog/bsp/

and also the protocol used to access to the server has been changed:

    protocol ssh -> https

Note: the BSP moved is that of Seco Italy.
