[DTBO][D18][MV] Fix USB-A on MV: mv config to carrier overlay, fix config for MV

• moved the usb-otg/drd nodes from D18 overlay to the B79 overlay
• configure the USB nodes correctly in the MV overlay

D18 overlay + applied B79 overlay has been compared before and after the change, and the result is looking equally.
