[MACHINE][D18] update multi-video overlay handling

To handle multi-video overlay options instead of a single unified overlay for every option use multiple intercompatible video overlay to be used in several combinations. The selection of the correct combination is done by the seco_config tool. Remove the now superfluous multi-video unified overlays.
