[C72 Mini/Nano][DTBO] Add video overlay for 7" LVDS PANEL

This configuration supports the Innolux NE070NB-04F LVDS panel (single channel). Tested with FN070PGRGUL037Z 800x480 with cable LVDS CV-1408/750. LCD: 3.3V, BKL:5V
