[SRCREV] add SRCREV for fw-sysdata (same as u-boot)

u-boot-seco-rk and u-boot-seco-rk-fw-sysdata should point to the same branch and the same revision of the repository.

The CI/CD scripts should automatically update both hashes when there's a new revision of u-boot-seco-rk
