[iMX8QXP][C57][C57-71] Update binaries and compilation script

Update binaries:

• bl31.bin generated with imx-atf commit f4540f956c1d3afb585212100e6b5323a1b99fe5
• mx8qxb0-ahab-container.img and mx8qxc0-ahab-container.img to version 5.9.0
• scfw_tcm_c57.bin generated from commit 8911034f6368ce90acdd823d8b1528d4437183de

Update mkimage_imx8 to create the image for iMX8QXP C0 to use the mx8qxc0-ahab-container.img.
