Integrate meta-seco-rk/insert-SRCREV-file

[CICD] Add SRCREV.conf file with bb recipe revs

• The file include uboot and kernel recipes reference
• Change the linux-seco-px30-rk recipe in order to point to the head of the branch (the rev is imported from the SRCREV.conf file)
