[CONF][SRCREV] Update recipe name and revision

  • The 'linux-seco-rk' recipe is set to use a revision from the 'seco_5.10.110' branch in the linux-seco-rk repository.
  • The 'linux-seco-rk3399-rk' recipe is set to use a revision from the 'seco_4.19.111' branch in the linux-seco-rk repository. This is the recipe that will be temporary used for the C31 board.
