[recipes][sources] Fixed error with invalid source URLs

NXP moved their repositories to GitHub and the repositories at codeaurora.org have been shut down. This results in an unbuildable Yocto project. Changed the URLs for sources that pointed to codeaurora.org to the new github.com repositories.
