[YCONFIG] Include flavours' distro in Yconfig_distro

Nicola Sparnacci requested to merge nspa/yconfig-distro into scarthgap_kickoff

Source embedded and things flavours distros Yconfig. Add the choice selection directly in base's Yconfig_distro so that the distros are gathered from the layers and selected (only one at a time).
