[DEFCONFIG] Add CONFIG_FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE_ROTATION symbol to defconfig

CONFIG_FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE CONFIG_FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE_ROTATION symbols have been added to seco_linux_defconfig file in order to enable the screen rotation feature.
