[CHROMIUM][MIXINS] add mixins layer for chromium support

This patch has been done to supports chromium for scarthgap branch of meta-imx. Indeed, the patches used to enable hardware graphic acceleration in the imported meta-imx works only on chromium 117 while other architecture uses 126
