[KERNEL][UBOOT] bump to version 6.6.52
In this patch kernel, uboot and nxp tool has been changed to make sure the compatibility is assured. Indeed, the SRCBRANCH and SRCREV SHA for uboot and kernel has been updated to seco_lf_v2024.04_6.6.52_2.2.x-dev and seco_lf-6.6.52-2.2.1-dev branch respectively. Furthermore, configuration file for machine imx95 has been adapted to newest changes due to the different oei ddr initialization timing given by the introduction of new revision of the board.
