[CHROMIUM] add basis for chromium

To make sure that chromium works the meta-imx layer must be implemented in the yocto project. To implement the layer has been added some bbappend for firmware-imx. For assuring the graphic acceleration, with other patches given by the imx layer, has been added a bbappend for chromium that resolves a problem with dri. Furthermore, il the layer.conf has been added BBMASK to not consider thing not useful for now.
