Draft: [BSP][EL2GO] Add recipes for optee, ele, smw and el2go-agent from 6.12.34 BSP
The meta-imx/meta-imx-sdk and meta-imx/meta-imx-bsp layers contain newer versions of these tools required to support the mx93. This adds a plain copy of these recipes to enabled the build of the el2go-agent.
