[SRCREV] Change SRC_URI to 'main branch for vulkan-loader (master was deleted upstream)

Jonas Höppner requested to merge jonas/fix-upstream-branch-for-vulkan into kirkstone

Each recipe got an append file to overide the SRC_URI now pointing to the branch name 'main', as the branch named 'master' is gone in the upstream repositories.
