[D18] update video support
- add LVDS WVGA single-channel(CHA) video support
- remove superfluous multi-video overlay: use intercompatible video overlays instead
Hi all, Please be informed that the GitLab instance will undergo a scheduled upgrade on Friday, 19th September 2025. As a result, the instance will be in maintenance from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM CEST.
