This merge request adds:

dynamic layers for supported architectures
patches the kernel to display the edgehog logo on RaspberryPi and i.MX
patches psplash to display the edgehog logo and correct colors/progress bar image
deploys the bmp that has to be installed in the /boot partition for U-boot to use
