[rauc][config] Fixed issue with compatible parameter

Tobias Kahlki requested to merge tpog/fix_rauc_config into kirkstone

The compatible parameter wasn't applied anymore, which threw an error during the start of the RAUC service. Renamed the RAUC_UBOOT_CFG to SECO_RAUC_CFG, added the Intel config, and moved the edit of the config to an earlier task. This way, the correct config is altered early on and the install works as expected.
