[boot][tanaro] Finished bootscript for the Tanaro

Tobias Kahlki requested to merge kirkstone/develop_add_id_service into kirkstone/develop

The bootscript for the Tanaro was still a work in progress. It is now fully compatible with the sysdata interface.
