[layer][config] Fixed the layer and distro conf
Added missing distro features. Fixed the layer dependencies, version and compatibility.
Hi all, Gitlab will be set in maintenance mode on Friday 15/11/2024 from 8:45 AM CET with the intention of finishing before lunch of Friday 15/11/2024. The upgrade can last from 2 to 4 hours. Gitlab and its runners will NOT be available during the maintenance windows, please do not attempt using it before official email comes through. All the running jobs will be terminated after Friday 15/11/2024 at 08:45 AM CET.
