[U-BOOT][2022.10] Add Clea OS extensions: part tool and Sysdata

  • Add two patches to support extended partition handling for GUID type in U-Boot 2022.10. The patches add functions to manage GUID type partitions and retrieve partition IDs by type, storing them in a configuration file.

  • The support consists of 5 patches and a configuration file, compatible with the current mechanism used for the others U-Boot versions.
