Revert "[DEFCONFIG] Enable Mali CSF based GPU support"

This reverts commit 2eda0119, which enables support for CSF-based GPUs. This breaks the video on E09 whose GPU does not support CSF.

This configuration is moved to yocto and only applied to the rk3588: https://git.seco.com/edgehog/layers/seco/meta-seco-rk/-/merge_requests/100
