Reparent the dptx crypto clk RCG's to XO clock source to avoid them
being left as orphans since the external clk parents are currently not
registered. If these clocks are left as orphans, clk framework tries
to reparent these clocks everytime a new clock is registered with the
framework, which is leading to NoC errors if all required dependencies
are not met.

Disable VA_BITS=48 as we don't need four level page tables. The default
setting is VA_BITS=39 which install three level page tables. Also,
reduce the default 256 CPUs to 16 CPUs.

Add extended CTI support in coresight cti driver to make extended cti
work. Extended CTI has 128 triggers. Change the cti trigger max to
128. And some of the extended CTI's register offset are changed. Add
the support to configure those registers in CTI driver.

smccc_trng and qcom_hwrng are both hardware rng driver that
can be used by the kerenl, but smccc_trng is the default one
that be added into rng_current node, disable smccc_trng can
allows qcom_hwrng as the default rng driver since qcom_hwrng
has a performence better than smccc_trng and be recommended
used by QC's products.
