[IMX93][E39] Change device model name in u-boot device tree

Christos requested to merge chka-e39-change-uboot-device-name into seco_lf_v2024.04_e39-dev

This MR changes the device name displayed in u-boot from the default evaluation kit value to the correct SECO product name.
