[E39][MV]: Reroute kernel and u-boot terminal, change default kernel device tree to Modular Vision

This MR makes minor changes regarding i.MX93 compatibility on the Modular Vision carrier board.

We change the boot parameters passed to the kernel to reroute the terminal to serial port 0, and change the device tree used by the kernel to the correct one.

Additionally, we adapt u-boot by modifying the boot parameters and the driver responsible for initializing the respective port.
