[C57][SECO-CONFIG] Fix device ID when booting from USB and add ramfs selection

Nicola Sparnacci requested to merge seco_lf_v2021.04_develop-c57 into seco_lf_v2021.04

The device ID (set into the U-Boot variables kernel_device_id and fdt_device_id) was incorrect and could not load correctly the kernel and the device tree from USB.

Added the selection of the ramfs image.
