[i.MX8MM][tanaro] Add support for TANARO

Added new build target for the TANARO to mk_imximage.

The binaries bl31-imx8mm_tanaro, tee-imx8mm_tanaro and lpddr4_[...] are provided by the SECO North Wuppertal team.
