[iMX8][C43] Add C43 Hardware enablement
Add support for the following hardware:
- LVDS single and dual channel
- eDP bridge sn65dsi86
- Multiple displays combos
- TLV320 audio
- PCIe
- USB 3.0 + HSIC
- Ethernet
