[All] [BRIDGE] [SN65DSI84] Add DSI-to-LVDS SN65DSI84 bridge support

This commit adds the support for bridge driver SN65DSI84.
This fix bridge probing failure when allocating drm connector, this commit
adapt the driver to 5.10.52 drm behavior.

This commit adds Chip ID probing to verify sn65dsi84 / 85 presence.
