[SBOM] Move CycloneDX folder immediately after Clea OS image build

  • This is a workaround to prevent builds executed within the same job, e.g. SDK one, from overwriting the contents of files generated by the CycloneDX recipe.
  • In order to do so, we move the generated files after Clea OS image build to the root folder for further GitLab artifacts upload.
