[C57][FIX] Clock eMMC when booting from USB

Nicola Sparnacci requested to merge seco_lf-5.10.y_develop-c57 into seco_lf-5.10.y

Force eMMC clocking when booting from USB. The clock was not automatically provided to the eMMC, preventing it from being strobed and making it inaccessible from userspace.
