Add drivers and devicetrees for Modular Vision with D18

  • Changes to the PCA953x GPIO-Expander driver, that are required for MV.
    Note: The changes are only applied, if activated explicitly in the DT and should not interfere with existing devices/boards.
  • Base devicetree for Modular Vision
  • Devicetree overlay displays and touches
