[C25] Add kernel dts files for C25 board

This MR adds initial support for C25 Q7 module based on 4.x BSP.

In addition a following changes were added:

• fixed various error and warning messages in dmesg
• disabled SOC watchdog and reassigned WDOG_B to GPIO0
• added overlay for enabling OTG client

STM wathcdog will be added via separate MR.
