[AUDIO][SGTL5000][TLV320] Add link for audio codec

Add audio support on D16 and C58 This file wase copied from kernel 4.19, Yocto 4.x. This platform files are only a connection between codec and dai. Not aspected that audio will work just with this commit, you will need to modify dts as well.
