[DTS][SN65DSI86] Update bridge parameter for signal integrity 

- due to an ecn in d90 board (rename of c61),  some edp tests reported the necessity
  to fine tune some parameters for edp signal integrity
  (see SI_D90RevA_05092024_rev0_P.pdf marta.borri@seco.com)
