[SOUND][TLV320] Revert change to symmetric_rates in snd_soc_dai_driver 

This reverts the name change to the symmetric_rates in the
snd_soc_dai_driver data structure introduced in
a9aef184.
The reversal is necessary due to the backport of the TAS2505 driver
support to tlv320aic32x4.
