[E58] Add AzureWave WiFi strap configuration and support for RevC

This adds:

  • RevC to the list of revisions for detection from straps
  • Detection of the AzureWave WiFi module from straps (starting with RevC)
    • If it's not an AW module, UART is passed to SER2.
    • If it's an AW module, UART is used for Bluetooth.
      Currently, u-boot only sets the variable. We cannot utilize the overlay in kernel 5.15. Overlay will be relevant for kernel 6.6.
