[E58] Make adjustments for RevB of the module

Oleksii Kutuzov requested to merge oleksii/e58_revb_changes into seco_v2022.10_v24.0

This MR includes changes, introduced in Revision B of the E58 module. Got OK from Marco that we can completely drop support of the RevA (still available in Clea OS 1.06 release). Anyway there were only quite a few samples and it's a pre-series revision.

  • Removed old common functions
  • Added SECO straps management instead
  • Renamed the device trees to match the SECO naming convention
