dts: Added new devicetree for Trizeps 8 Plus v1r3

The ethernet phy and audio codec have changed in the new revision of the Trizeps 8 Plus. Removed the unwanted properties from the ethphy0 node and set the address to 0. The audio codec hasn't been added yet.
