fngsystem:devicetree: Handle dtbo files correctly

The kernel is now able to build dtbo files directly. In fngsystem the devicetrees need special handling because of the packaging. This is adapted to handle dtbo files also.

Also the uuu-scripts are adapted to generate the uuu scripts for dtb only ( not for the dtbo files)
