Integrate meta-guf-distro/fng-install-partition-for-uboot-env

fng-install: Change partition p2 to match the u-boot environment offset

The idea of partition p2 was to show the usage of the space as u-boot environment. Until now to start was not matched to the u-boot config. Now the partitions start matches the u-boot config.
