touchcalibration: Add fngpostinstall script to create libinput udev rule

During the OS installation the udev rule is now written, containing the libinput calibration matrix representing the same calibration as in the /etc/shared/pointercal file.

fngpostinstallation: Use run-parts to run postinst scripts in stable sequence

If the post inst scripts depend on each other the sequnce can now be defined with leading numbers. Rename some post-inst scripts to match the run-parts pattern.
