uuu: update scripts for mx6 boards

The current uuu script (uuu.lst) doesn't work for mx6 devices.

Restore previously used script and:

make it more flexible by adding input arguments
remove "write" commands for unused components (dtb and modules)

Also updated .bat and .sh wrappers to generate fng-boot boot script and combined linux image (kernel + dtb).
