fngboot:install: add initial installation script for fng boot
It is based on fng-install-uboot script. Some parts were removed from the script, as according to the current fng boot recovery/installation scripts it will be only installed to /dev/mmcblk0boot0.

fngboot: add initial recipe
FNG boot binary will be taken from http://support.garz-fricke.com/projects/, renamed, packed with its md5 file into archive and placed in deploy directory and /usr/share directory on rootfs.
