tslib:calibrate: Added wrapper for ts_calibrate

The calibration with ts_calibrate requires some pre- and post-install steps. These steps are normally run during the installation of a new Image. Because of this, the calibration can't be run from inside the Yocto image. With the wrapper, the pre-/post-install steps are run independently of an image installation.
