[D23] Series of commits that update board support

Main changes:

• SPL image size fix
• Enabling the Ethernet
• Cleanup of board's file and code implementation revision
• Cleaning the device tree (indentation, commented-out lines)
• Revision of eMMC/SD and PMIC device tree nodes
